Pre and Post-natal Fitness

Now is the time to build strength for motherhood and endurance for life. Many women feel uneasy about excercise during pregnancy, but as long as your doctor approves physical activity, you can still retain your fitness. Staying active can help reduce pregnancy symptoms and improve your mental wellness.

 

Zara Ryan, owner of HIIT Like A Girl, is a certified trainer and pre and postnatal fitness expert.  She can show you how to safely continue your fitness journey while pregnant. All pregnant members will receive a free 30-minute session with Zara to learn modifications and safe prenatal form for your changing body.

After baby comes spend your maternity leave with HIIT Like A Girl to help get your body back.  Zara will give you modifications to safely exercise after childbirth. HIITLAG  can help you ease back into fitness with your newborn. The best part? You will join a community of Moms who will be your support group and cheer you on every day. Children of any age are always welcome in class.
